1. Acceptance
By signing up or using Mystinvitation ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service. We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced with at least 14 days' notice.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 17 years old to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity on your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
You warrant that the information you provide is accurate and current.
3. Subscription and payment
The Free tier requires no payment. Basic and Pro are one-time payments granting access for a defined validity period (see Pricing).
Payments are processed via Midtrans or manual bank transfer. For manual transfers, we require proof of transfer and verify within 1–6 business hours.
Refunds are available within the first 7 days of payment IF the invitation has not been published. Contact support@mystinvitation.com with your order ID. Once published or shared with guests, payments are non-refundable.
Discount codes apply per their own terms. Codes cannot be combined unless stated.
4. Content ownership
You retain all rights to the content you upload (photos, story text, guest lists, etc). By uploading, you grant us a limited non-exclusive license to store, process, and display that content to provide the Service to you and your guests.
This license ends when you delete the content or your account.
We have no right to use your content for our own marketing without your written permission.
5. Prohibited content
You may not use the Service for:
- Illegal, threatening, discriminatory, or exploitative content
- Spam, phishing, or fraud
- Distribution of malware or system exploitation
- Infringing third-party intellectual property
- Impersonating others or providing false information
- Harvesting guest data for purposes outside the invitations you create
- Pornographic, violent, or hateful content
We reserve the right to remove offending content and/or suspend accounts.
6. AI features
Output from AI features (Story Writer, Theme Generator, Chatbot, Auto-translate) is generated content. We make no warranty as to its accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You're responsible for reviewing output before publishing. We are not liable for errors, losses, or claims arising from your use of AI output.
AI use is subject to your tier's quota. Abuse may result in quota restrictions.
7. Third-party services
Our service integrates with third parties: Midtrans (payments), Resend (email), Anthropic/OpenAI (AI), Meta WhatsApp (optional), Google Maps, etc. Use of those services is subject to their own terms.
We are not responsible for the behavior, availability, or violations of third parties.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Mystinvitation is not liable for:
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunity
- Service interruption, downtime, or bugs
- Actions of guests or third parties
- Force majeure (natural disaster, internet outage, etc.)
Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid Mystinvitation in the past 12 months.
For high-stakes events like weddings, we recommend printing an offline copy as backup.
9. Termination
You may delete your account anytime via Settings. Deletion takes effect after 30 days (recovery period).
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
- You violate these Terms
- Payment fails or has issues
- You request account deletion
- Required by law or authority request
After deletion, your data is removed per the Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 60 days, they will be submitted to the Indonesian National Arbitration Board (BANI) in Jakarta.
